We have exciting opportunities for Skilled Butchers to join our team at the Llanidloes site!
Successful candidates will be required to work in our Butchery Department – Cutting & Deboning lamb Heads/ Shoulders and/or Legs.
Candidates will need to demonstrate that they have previous knife experience working in butchery environment on lamb during initial skills test.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 06:00 – 16:00 including 2 breaks (Breakfast 30 minutes paid - Lunch 30 minutes unpaid break)

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure product is processed according to Customer specifications
- Ensure work is carried out to the best of your abilities to meet production deadlines
- Seek training to maintain skills and remain up to date with best practice
- Work as part of a team and take responsibility for own work
